Memorable places

We transform our urban and regional environments into thriving, dynamic communities that are a testament to the power of thoughtful design and innovation.

At our core, we are creators of vibrant urban spaces. Each design is a unique, and carefully woven into the fabric of its local surroundings. Our passion drives us to think outside the box and bring forth innovative solutions that have a lasting impact on the ever-evolving urban landscape.

By seamlessly integrating nature, technology, and amenities, we create spaces that enrich the lives of those who inhabit them. We seek in all our infrastructure projects the early involvement of our teams to build a collaborative rapport amongst the designers of all disciplines.

This will enable the development of creative challenge, which will lead to the development of design and construction innovations. Our role is to connect surrounding communitiesand land uses around the transport node or corridor.

The expertise we have acquired over time has proven to be essential for the successful execution of our projects. Our diverse portfolio encompasses various public spaces, such as urban renewal projects, streetscapes, open spaces, and cycling corridors, showcasing the wide range of skills and talents within our team.

Our specialisation in urban design deliverables of bridges, noise walls, throw screens and public art has been demonstrated in landmark projects across the country.

We provide comprehensive services throughout the facilitation, design, documentation, and construction phases, either in collaboration with other professionals or leading the consultancy team. Our approach involves strategic spatial planning to ensure that community place-making, neighborhood layouts, and design are tailored to the unique characteristics of each site and its surroundings.

Design on Country

We recognise that working in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is an integral part of ensuring that we implement these principles fully.

As planners and designers we strive to carefully shape built environments for the communities they support, making places for living, leisure and work, and infrastructure that supports and connects these places.

A critical part of our role is to create a strong connection with Country to meaningfully inform our projects. Our approach reflects First Nations peoples’ knowledge, ceremonies and histories in the environments in which we live.

We promote the following principles in our projects:

  • Early engagement with First Nations people in our projects utilising appropriate systems and procedures.
  • Respectful development in accordance with Caring for Country principles.
  • Engagement of cultural advisors to lead and coordinate meaningful community consultation.
  • Commission local First Nations artists to provide genuine cultural insights to place.
